Refund policy

The Three Pointed Star is a very small business and it is not financially viable for us to offer Refunds or Exchanges. From the moment that the purchase has been dispatched, all purchases made through shop.the.three.pointed.star.co.uk are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless through extenuating circumstances (such as damaged goods) which are deemed so by The Three Pointed Star. In which case we will accept a return and refund the total cost of the item, postal fees are non-refundable and will have to be paid by the customer in order to return the item. If the package has been lost in the post, we are unable to refund or exchange.
